We are looking for a super organized partner coordinator to provide excellent customer service to our existing partners. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You can handle a lot of information and keep an overview. You can put yourself in our partners’ shoes and advocate for them internally when necessary.

As Partner Coordinator, you’ll handle the entire communication with our partners. You’ll support your customer service department and help them coordinate deliveries to our partners.

You’ll be joining a team of passionate professionals and together you’ll be growing and establishing our US market.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Identify and assess partner’s needs and requests to achieve satisfaction
  • Improve partner experience and create engaged partners
  • Take ownership of delivery issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Own the partner relationship and act as the primary point of contact

This is a full-time or part-time position.

As our Partner Coordinator, you are our partners’ go-to-person. You empathize easily with people and can build relationships quickly over the phone. Also, you enjoy advising and consulting our partners, are a strong problem solver, and are motivated to work with targets.

  • Experience in successfully managing and supporting B2B customers
  • The ability to develop tremendous loyalty with stakeholders
  • The ability to consult and advise on the best solution for a customer

  • Great collaboration skills and are a big supporter of internal knowledge sharing
  • Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everythin
