You will be a part of our group-wide and international Finance & HR team consisting of 10 colleagues, who make a virtue out of supporting the whole business, and who go out of their way to have fun together at work.
You will report directly to our Head of HR.
What will you be doing?
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, your most important task is to help finding and recruiting the best talent. You will handle our full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing talent and attracting candidates, to interviewing, evaluating and hiring great employees in collaboration with hiring managers across the entire group. You will find talented people from all over Europe to join our diverse teams. This includes the recruitment of talents in the fields of Marketing, IT & Development, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting.
Aside to your focus on recruitment related tasks, you will get the possibility to be involved in other HR projects (such as Employee Engagement, Career Development, Employer Branding, etc.) in collaboration with Head of HR.
More specifically, you will:
- Create, update and publish job descriptions
- Source potential talents and build as well as manage talent pipelines through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Schedule, coordinate and execute candidate interviews (including phone, first-round and second-round interviews)
- Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization
- Review and screen applicants to determine the best professional and cultural fit
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Closely collaborate with our Head of HR and hiring managers
- Report on the status of open positions
- Be a super user of our ATS (Workable) and maintain data integrity of all information
Who are you?
Our ideal candidate is a genuine people person with a passion for recruitment and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You take ownership and pride over your projects, and describe your work-style as effective and structured. You have a strong team-working skills and a can-do attitude, and you love to create good relations with stakeholders across the business. Last but definitely not least, as a true recruitment professional, you always aim to create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire process.
You also have:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment (either from an inhouse function or from working in a recruitment agency)
- A BSc. in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience in running full-cycle recruitments and structured interview processes
- Experience in using test tools for personality and cognitive assessment (e.g. PTS) as a means to create insightful dialogues
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language)
