Are you Ageras new Digital Marketing Specialist? You will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our PPC activities in Germany and lead the execution of specific growth projects.
Ageras is already active in 6 markets around the globe and is growing fast. Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious marketing specialist with a strong focus on data-driven performance marketing and a profound interest in SEM to execute our PPC and growth marketing strategy in Germany. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of Germany and be part of the Global Performance Team.
You will work collaboratively with the Germany-based marketing team as well as the rest of the global marketing team.
Specifically you will:
- Build, optimize and scale effective paid traffic campaigns with special focus on Google Ads, but also Facebook Ads, Bing, Xing, Criteo, LinkedIn, Twitter and others so we meet our growth and CPA targets
- Explore building a B2B marketing funnel targeted accounting firms and nurture leads by marketing automation
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid SEM campaigns
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Perform on-page/multi-channel CRO through experiments and A/B testing
- Analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and analyse cross channel performance closely together with the Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with our existing marketing team – both globally and in Germany – to build the growth strategy, align on best practices and make sure that our entire marketing funnel support the customer journey
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technologies and latest trends
Requirements:
- Near-native German language skills and excellent proficiency in English
- Strong drive and passion for growth marketing
- Target and performance-driven, with a strong analytical mind
- Customer centric approach to online marketing
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with online marketing with a proven track record
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast growing environment
- Experience in B2B marketing is considered a plus
You can work either from HQ in Copenhagen or from our Munich Office.
