We are looking for a Business Developer (Full time and part-time) to support our Account Managers with appointment setting.

As our new Business Developer, your role is to generate the initial contact with prospects, introduce them to our business concept and actively seek new sales opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for the beginning of our sales cycle through cold calling.

The role requires personal drive, a passion for sales, a willingness to grow with our company. A successful Bussiness Developer can grow within our company and eventually promote to Account Manager.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Reach out to prospects
  • Sell Ageras’ services and approach to new partners
  • Follow and achieve individual sales goals and targets


You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be highly customer service oriented. You go the extra mile to drive sales and you know how to meet ambitious individual sales quotas. We offer a base pay plus commission scheme - so going the extra mile to increase sales will be rewarded.

As a person, you are self-confident, empathize easily with partners and are good in building trusted, long-term partnerships.

You also have:

  • A trustworthy and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Assertiveness and confidence
  • A goal-driven mentality with an ability to work under pressure

It is a plus if you have experience in a sales role (phone or field sales) but not a requirement.
