You will be part of an energetic and highly social team of people working within customer success, account management and marketing. We go out of our way to help each other and achieve our goals as a team, and in addition we are really good at having fun together (e.g. at regular Friday bars and other social events).

What will you be doing?

As our new Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Ageras’ partner network of accountants and bookkeepers – including generation of new leads, executing sales meetings, and closing of actual sales.

Specifically, you will expand and maintain Ageras’ partner network through:

  • Eagerly pursue new partnerships with Swedish accountants and bookkeepers
  • Engage in constructive dialogues with (potential) partners to understand needs
  • Proactively pursue new growth and partner acquisition opportunities
  • Participate in relevant events, seminars, exhibitions etc.
  • Support the customer success and marketing teams
  • Contribute positively to the office atmosphere - add more energy than you take

The team works from the office in Central Copenhagen, right next to Tivoli. For the right candidate living outside of the Copenhagen Metro Area with a proven record of strong independence and drive, special working from home conditions can be arranged.

You will report to our Nordic Managing Director.

Who are you?

We expect you to be a natural sales talent with a strong drive and high degree of motivation to reach your targets. You are a self-starter, can manage ambiguity, and are able to work in a very ambitious and changing environment.

We also expect you also have:

  • Experience with B2B sales (hunting and farming) and partner management
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
  • Previous experience with the accounting industry a plus (not a requirement)
  • Fluency in Swedish (verbal, writing) + strong working proficiency in English
