We’re looking for an enthusiastic student to support in talent acquisition in our HQ in Copenhagen. You will work together with our HR Consultant and Hiring Managers to support finding talented people from all over Europe to join our diverse teams and support throughout the recruitment process.

You will use your researching skills combined with your relationship management ability to find potential candidates and build talent pipelines. Further, you’ll support in evaluating application, in conducting phone screens and assist in candidate communication.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Find, review, and screen applicants to determine the best team fit
  • Search for candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing and networking through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals etc.)
  • Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain data integrity of all information
  • Support with creating, updating and publishing job descriptions and advertisements

You should expect to work around 15 hours per week. We are flexible to arrange your schedule around your studies.


This is an exciting opportunity to use your learning in practice and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced technology company. You have a strong willingness to learn and have a structured approach to work. Maybe you are currently enrolled in a B.A./B.Sc. in HR, Business Administration, Communication or another related field? To us, your teamworking skills and your personality are key.

You also have:

  • Near-native Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language skills and excellent English language skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Interest in research, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing
  • Comfort in picking up the phone to talk to candidates
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about recruitment and HR operations
  • Ability to learn fast and to take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience from a Student job or internship in HR is considered a plus
