Are you customer service minded and have passion for IT?

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and play a key role in providing support for internal operations. You take pride in troubleshooting technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency and ensure our internal IT is running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

You are going to do a variety of different tasks but you will mainly:

  • Support with our Helpdesk ticketing operations

  • Maintain control over all assets across our global offices
  • Document IT processes through SOP’s and help communicate them across the Group
  • Be involved in IT related on- and off-boarding of employees

Who are you?

Our internship program will give hands-on experience on real-world business and a possibility of building your network before graduation of your studies. The ideal candidate are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Studies in IT, IT Security, Computer Science or another related field. However, this is not a requirement as long you are eager to learn and gain practical experiences in an international and dynamic scale-up company.

You possess:

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is a plus
  • Comfort in communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent language skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken)

The practical:

  • Start date: asap but latest from August 2022
  • Duration: 3-6 months but we are flexible depending on the requirements from your school
  • Working hours: Full-time, 37,5 hours per week
  • Compensation: unpaid, but free lunch

Why should you join us?

We hope it is fine that we take a moment to boast, because to be honest, we think what we have to offer is pretty great: Our office is oh-so-fresh (probably the best view in town), our canteen is superb (probably the best lunch in town) and our people are simply fantastic (probably the best colleagues in town).

We take pride in our work, but we are also serious about fun. Seriously. Join our Friday Bar every FriYay, take a little break in our gaming room on a rough Monday or grab a ginger shot and join in on a yoga session on Wellness-Wednesday.

At Ageras Group, we are on a mission to conquer the world. But who said you can’t have fun along the way?
