Then you may very well be our new Marketing Manager for the Ageras Marketplace brand in Denmark.

Who are we?

We are here to make life easier for SME’s and microbusinesses by matching them with the right accountant or lawyer. We are planning to expand our product offering on Ageras Marketplace, so more verticals will be added. Ageras Marketplace is a part of Ageras Group consisting of Ageras Marketplace, Billy, Meneto, Salary, Tellow and Zervant - the largest professional service platform in Europe.

Joining our Global Marketing Team your colleagues will be highly specialized, international paid specialists, marketing and content managers, growth hackers, Heads of Performance and Brand & Communication and developers who all share a passion for always improving our lead focused digital marketing efforts. You will also be a part of our Danish Ageras Marketplace team and collaborate closely with our Client Consultants and Account Managers. You will report to our Nordic Managing Director as well as to our Global CMO working with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and the US.

What will you be doing?

As our new Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Danish market driving various marketing activities, primarily online. Our main task is generating leads and positioning the Ageras brand in the Danish market as well as launching new growth opportunities. You will be driving clients and partners to the Ageras platform – we are a performance driven team, so it’s important you are result oriented and take ownership of the Danish marketing efforts. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and scale Ageras’ marketing activities in Denmark
  • Own the social media communication and maintain our brand image (Facebook, LinkedIn, Trustpilot etc.)
  • Act as the link between Account Managers, Client Consultants and the Global Marketing Team
  • Write compelling multimedia copy for landing pages, ads, blog posts, newsletters, social media platforms, etc.
  • Setup and launch all types of email (recurring, nurturing, upsales ect.) and marketing campaigns
  • Update our websites with content
  • Outreach to potential content and affiliate partners and analyze the competitor market
  • Track campaign performance and analyze KPI’s
  • Support our SEM and Paid team with optimization and ad creation tasks (Google and Facebook ads)
  • Execute our SEO strategy in collaboration with agency and freelancers
  • Build brand image and identify new opportunities for lead generation

Who are you?

Our new Marketing Manager has a solid marketing-skillset, but equally important: is driven and ambitious. We are a well-funded scale-up with our start up mentality in place, so we expect you have a growth mindset with be ability to work independently. You see yourself as performance driven, responsible, creative and of course – as someone who really enjoys producing well written content and executing projects. We are not too concerned about your educational background, but expect you to bring at least a couple of years of hands-on experience within a relevant marketing role. You also have:

  • Near-native Danish language skills and excellent proficiency in English
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with online marketing
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast-growing environment
  • Solid stakeholder management and multitasking skills
  • Experience with B2B marketing is considered a plus, as is experience from a start-up or scale up
