Are you a problem solver who loves talking to people? Do you want to become part of a young and social workplace where things are moving fast and where you get good opportunities for professional development? Then you now have the opportunity to become Ageras' new Client Consultant for the Swedish market.

Who are we?

Ageras Marketplace is a part of Ageras Group - the largest professional service platform in Europe. We are here to make life easier for SME’s and microbusinesses by personally matching them with the right accountant.

You will be part of an energetic and highly social team of people working within customer success, account management and marketing. We go out of our way to help each other and achieve our goals as a team, and in addition we are really good at having fun together (e.g. at regular Friday bars and other social events).

What will you be doing?

As a Client Consultant you’ll handle the entire communication with our small- and midsize business customers in Sweden, who are in the need of a specialist. You’ll support your customer portfolio from the first initial contact until finding the perfect specialist. Throughout the process, you’ll be responsible for your own customer portfolio and work towards individual targets, and together with our team you’ll be growing and establishing the Swedish market.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Identify and assess customer's needs and requests to achieve satisfaction
  • Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Be in contact with our partners (accountants) to ensure completion of customer requests
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Own the customer relationship and act as the primary point of contact in our match-making process

This is a part-time position for approximately 15 hours per week.

Who are you?

Maybe you are currently in a similar (student) position within customer support or product advising, but are eager to try something new and be part of further growing the Swedish market in a dynamic, international environment?

As our new part-time Client Consultant, you empathize easily with people and can build relationships quickly over the phone. Also, you enjoy advising and consulting our customers, are a strong communicator and problem solver and are motivated to work towards targets. You thrive when giving our customers a spectacular experience through a trusted advisory relationship by supporting them throughout their journey at Ageras.

To succeed in this position, you also have:

  • Near-native Swedish language skills and conversational English language skills
  • Experience in successfully supporting B2B customers
  • A strong integrity in everything you do

Why should you join us?

We hope it’s fine that we take a moment to boast. Because to be honest, we think what we have to offer is pretty great: Our office is oh-so-fresh (probably the best view in town), our canteen is superb (probably the best lunch in town) and our people are simply fantastic (probably the best colleagues in town).

We take pride in our work, but we are also serious about fun. Seriously. Join our Friday Bar every FriYay, take a little break in our gaming room on a rough Monday or grab a ginger shot and join in on a yoga session on Wellness-Wednesday.

At Ageras Group, we are on a mission to conquer the world. But who said you can’t have fun along the way?

So what now?

Now that we have caught your attention, we look forward for you to catch ours. Please upload on our site your resume including a short text where you tell us why you are the right fit for us.

You can expect the process to look something like this:

Quick telephone screening – Interview – (Assessment) – Hire

All applications are continuously evaluated, but you can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks.

If you have any questions regarding the position, please feel free to contact Talent Acquisition Specialist, Pia Roaas, at +45 31 26 29 97.
