B2B Telemarketing Manager - Danish Market

You will have the overall responsibility for making first contact with potential clients (leads) and potential partners (Law firms and Accountants) in the Danish market.

This is a key role, reporting to the Managing Director, where you will be in charge of building a telemarketing team of part time sales talents. Together you will play a huge role in executing the sales strategy for the Danish market, in order to grow our customer base in Denmark.

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Telemarketing Manager with a strong focus on telesales and cold-calling hunter abilities.

Specifically, you will:

  • Have full responsibility of the telemarketing team
  • Take the lead and scale Ageras’ outbound cold calling activities in Denmark
  • Develop forecasting and action plans
  • Professionalize and develop our telemarketing process through, among other things, new concepts, methods and value propositions that reflect the needs
  • Secure best practice across the telemarketing team
  • Development and optimize sales scripts
  • Develop management reporting on activities and KPI's
  • Manage the telemarketing team of currently 2 part time employees and grow the team to 4
  • Develop and sustain a high-performance team
  • Take the operational role yourself, establish first contact to potential clients through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, mails etc.)
  • Through trustworthy dialogue, establish qualitative leads to our partners
  • Co-organize and execute events to expand our foothold and potentially participate in relevant events, seminars, exhibitions etc.


We are looking for a Telemarketing Manager, full of energy, with a humongous sales talent and a strong drive combined with a target-driven mentality. You will join an international company that represents 19 different nationalities and a wide variety of skill sets.

  • Native Danish language skills and proficiency in English
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with sales hunting
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing environment
  • Experience in contacting leads via multiple channels
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
